From a young age, Steve was exposed by osmosis to the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry. Watching his father, Scott, he learned first hand how a successful real estate agent should operate.
Dinner table discussions were often about the market. Industry terms and concepts that most new agents would stumble over were in his vocabulary from an early age.
After a successful career as a chef, Steve obtained his real estate license. Hitting the ground running in his first year, he closed $7 Million in sales volume, over ten times the industry average of transaction sides by rookie agents. He credits his success to the values instilled in him from a young age: hard work, desire to gain knowledge of the industry and impart it to his clients, fierce advocacy for his clients, and integrity above all else.

Steve lives in Catonsville, Maryland with his partner, Annie and their two rescue dogs Burt and Floyd. He likes to cook, is recently getting into woodworking, and enjoys everything Maryland has to offer in the great outdoors: Camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
