Shirley's professional career began in 1978 as a Corporate Buyer for travel retailer, Duty Free Americas. Developing marketing strategies, price negotiations and product selection required Shirley to travel throughout the USA and abroad. Shirley's extensive business experience, clear understanding of market trends and strong negotiation skills was a perfect segue in the pursuit of a career in the real estate industry. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2002, licensed Real Estate Broker in 2006 and Accredited Staging Professional in 2009. Shirley proudly joined the Cummings & Co. Realtors family in 2016.
Shirley is a privileged member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Harford County Association of Realtors and Maryland Resource Network of Baltimore County.
Shirley specializes in the residential and commercial sectors of real estate. She is committed and passionate about assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their American dream of home ownership.
When she is not working, Shirley enjoys boating and jet skiing on the Chesapeake Bay, theater, classic movies, football, fitness and cooking with friends and family.
