At times, things got frustrating trying to manage all that and coordinate movers at the same time, but Rosa kept us calm and focused on getting to the finish line. I initially thought she listed our home too high, but she knew what she was doing because one day after listing our home, we got a nearly full-price offer. She proved to be very knowledgeable, and even corrected our buyer's agent on some paperwork that he hadn't filled out correctly. She also recommended a great lender who made the financial part of the process painless. When we did the final walkthrough at our new house and found quite a bit of "stuff" left by the previous homeowner, she worked quickly with the seller's agent to make sure we were compensated for the disposal of the items as well as the cost of hiring a cleaning crew.
