Rob Bollack is a licensed, independent Realtor and Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor who draws on years of experience in professional sales and marketing. He offers a personalized approach to real estate and an array of highly effective strategies for helping his clients both buy and sell homes. Through diligent marketing and a hands-on approach, he has become a multi-million dollar producer who is ranked in the top 5% of Realtors in Maryland, according to Baltimore Real Producers Magazine.

Rob is affiliated with Cummings & Co. Realtors, a mid-sized Baltimore-based broker with 10 offices and over 450 realtors. He serves much of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, including Baltimore City and County, as well as Cecil, Harford, Ann Arundel, and Howard Counties.

Beyond his realty work, Rob also brings value to his clients through his co-ownership of Maryland Home Renovations, an interior remodeling company. Previously, Rob was a top-producing home remodeling consultant at a Fortune 100 company and a retail sales manager at a Fortune 50 company. He also serves within his own community on the Board of Directors of a local HOA, where he helps keep his neighbors up-to-date on the latest happenings through the community’s online presence.

A lifetime resident of Maryland, Rob lives in Bel Air with his wife, Stephanie, their two children, Carter and Remington, and their 4 year old pup, Lucy. When he isn’t spending time with his family or clients, you will find him enjoying a craft beer, hiking, camping, cheering on the Ravens and trying to improve his golf game.

My fiance and I are first time buyers and Rob walked us through all the steps (often more than once because there was so much information and the process can be overwhelming) and has been by our side to this day, a month after closing.
