Mike also has a full time licensed executive assistant that works closely with him and all of his clients to ensure everyone's needs are met in a timely manner. Mike is also a very experienced real estate investor who has rehabbed and re-sold multiple properties. Because of this experience, Mike has a thick book of licensed contractor professionals for any job you may have no matter how big or small.
Mike has been a licensed Realtor® in the State of Maryland since 2005 and has successfully SOLD over 750 homes for over $175,000,000 in total sales volume. In 2016 alone, he closed over $26,000,000 in total sales volume and sold over 100 homes which made him the #1 Agent at Cummings & Co. Realtors for overall volume and units. Mike was born and raised in Parkville, Maryland and moved to Perry Hall, Maryland in 2002 with his wife where he started his family.
Mike graduated from Loch Raven High School in 1996 and attended Essex Community College and then Towson University where he graduated in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology. Before getting into real estate full time Mike worked for 12 years as a juvenile probation officer for the State of Maryland. Mike and his family moved to Fallston, Maryland in 2013 and that is where he plans on staying to raise his family.
