Mary Beth Eikenberg Swidersky has enjoyed tremendous success since beginning her Real Estate career 12 years ago. Following in the footsteps of her Mother Marge Eikenberg, a Realtor since 1978, she is instilled with a passion for helping others. Mary Beth is client-focused and takes the time to fully evaluate the needs of her clients in order to best serve them. She understands that effective communication and negotiation are the cornerstone to a successful transaction. She also understands and respects the demands on her client’s time. She handles transactions in an efficient manner, providing timely updates and minimizing the inconvenience of buyer and selling a home. Mary Beth provides a high level of service that her clients deserve and you will feel the connection when you work with her.
Mary Beth is a graduate of Towson University Business School and Loyola College of Maryland’s MBA Program. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 15 years in commercial lending and technology sales. A native of Harford Co, Mary Beth has also resided in Baltimore Co. & Baltimore City and developed extensive knowledge in these areas. She currently resides in Howard County with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, golf, running, watching football, gardening, and renovating and managing residential properties.
