Marty Farmer takes pride in the fact he was born and raised in Baltimore City. Marty learned early in life the meaning of hard work and sacrifice while working as a professional truck driver for over 12 years. In 2008 with his first child on the way, Marty made the tough decision to switch careers to real estate in the hopes of creating an overall better quality of life for his family. Marty was able to start a new career and persevere during one of the roughest markets known to date when the real estate market crashed. His persistence and tenacity are the qualities that continue to contribute to his success in assisting buyers and sellers. Marty also takes pride in renovating distressed properties. Over the last five years he has renovated over 75 houses with his partner and they are steadily growing their business and making Baltimore City a better place to live, work and play.
