Lara Faulkner joined Cummings & Co. Realtors in 2006 as a Realtor and one of the original members of the company. Making the customer service experience a top priority, she has established a reputation of prioritizing her clients above anything else. A self-proclaimed urban dweller, Lara specializes in Baltimore City real estate and has experience with Baltimore and Anne Arundel County areas.

Faulkner’s inherent familiarity with the intricacies of Baltimore City, city incentive programs, and its most burgeoning neighborhoods make her an expert on focusing buyers on obtaining the most value for their purchase. Prior to Cummings & Co. Realtors, Lara spent one year at City Life Realty as a realtor. Before entering real estate, she was a buyer for Nordstrom for nine years with a 12MM annual business. With the oversight of 15 stores, Lara gained invaluable experience in customer service and client interaction.

Lara is a graduate of Baltimore Community College with an associate degree in business management. As an active member of improving the community, she is a part of the Neighborhood Association Board in Locust Point and is involved in Federal Hill and Riverside community activities.
