Kim has more than 10 years experience in residential real estate to include, flipping, leasing and property management. This sparked her desire to continue to evolve in the industry and in 2017 obtained her real estate license in the state of Maryland. Kim specializes in assisting clients in the sell, purchase, or leasing of residential properties.
Raised in a ‘close-knit entrepreneur family’ in Columbus, OH Kim Dennis learned the art of sales, customer service excellence and negotiation techniques working in the family business. Kim earned her B.A Degree from The Norfolk State University and shortly after obtained her Master’s in Public Administration from Missouri State University with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Earlier in her healthcare career Kim was involved in training, project management, marketing and sales. After several years, Kim transition to management working in hospitals, private practices, business offices and healthcare facilities throughout OH and MD. This ultimately lead to her advancement to senior level management status.
Kim has had an opportunity to live in Annapolis, MD, Owings Mills, MD, and currently resides in Gwynn Oaks, MD. Kim recently affiliated with Cummings & Co. Realtors in Columbia, MD (Howard County).
