Jennifer Ward is a full-time REALTOR® at Cummings & Co. Realtors located in Lutherville, MD. Many of her friends and colleagues call her Jen Ward. Jen grew up in Baltimore County where she currently makes her home. Jen loves being a real estate agent. It brings together many skills and gives her variety with each new transaction. Prior to real estate, she worked in environmental consulting, satellite telecommunications, project management, marketing, visual merchandising and retail management, and sales.
Jen enjoys working with clients to sell their home, find a place to call home or find an investment property to round out a client’s financial goals. Her goal is to educate clients on the current real estate market and the process of buying or selling a home so that the client can make the best decision for himself/herself.
In addition to serving her clients, Jen likes to stay informed of the latest trends in technology, marketing, legal issues and general real estate trends, thus keeping current with education to support her clients’ needs. She has obtained professional designations in the following: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).
In October 2010, Jen was awarded the Rookie REALTOR of the Year 2011 by the Greater Board of Baltimore Realtors for her real estate and community service accomplishments.
