Bio

Fran grew up in Rodgers Forge in Baltimore County and currently lives in Lutherville with his wife Mary Beth, son Jesse and their two dogs Maisy & Gus. Their son, Jesse is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield and Drexel University. They have lived in Lutherville since 2000, and prior to that, he and Mary Beth renovated a property in “Little Italy” (Baltimore City) where they lived until moving to Lutherville.

Fran graduated college in 1979 with a degree in Accounting, and shortly thereafter became a CPA. He worked for various public accounting firms with a preference towards clients requesting Tax and Advisory Services for Small Businesses and Real Estate Investors’. This is where he gained an interest in the Real Estate industry, and after leaving Accounting in 1995, Fran spent the next 15 years in the Mortgage Banking business originating over $25 mil in mortgages each year. Longing to be an experienced professional of the entire Real Estate process, Fran became licensed to sell Real Estate in 2010 – affiliating himself with Long & Foster Realtors.

Fran has recently joined Cummings & Co Realtors because of their bold and fresh, yet experienced and innovative approach towards real estate client services. Their commitment to the technological advances offered through, social media and virtual touring, coupled with staging services and traditional forms of marketing make them a bellwether for this new foundation of effectively reaching and representing clients in the 21 century.
