Barbara Prichard started her professional career as a paralegal for almost 20 years. When she decided to pursue other venues, it was a natural fit for residential sales.
She obtained her license in l984 and is now starting her 35th year, with her affiliation with Cummings & Co. realtors. Having been raised in East Baltimore, and in particular Butchers Hill, she feels comfortable with selling to first time home buyers in the city in addition to the move-up buyer. Her areas of expertise run from Baltimore City, Baltimore County and north to Harford County.
Having transferred herself to the West Coast, she is aware of the anxiety of relocating in our fast-paced society. Moving back to the East Coast she continued her quest to make dreams come true for her clients. She has consistently been in the top 5% nationwide.
Her commitment to her buyers and sellers is non-parallel. She believes her true strength is in her negotiating skills. It is her firm belief that if a Seller wants to sell and a buyer wants to buy, it will happen.
